The property was clean. I liked that there were events taking place. I loved that the staff was super polite. I liked that the hotel was in a great location and there was a complimentary shuttle to old San Juan and a near by beach.

This place is absolutely gorgeous!!! The staff was very attentive and helpful also understanding!!! I love that they also have a microwave, the food was amazing n it was also 24 hour security!!! I wish we got to experience the pool 😔 they was cleaning it and the bar so we had to use the A Loft pool but everything else was wonderful!!!

The hotel we clean, the rooms were spacious. The view of the pool and area was spectacular. The location was just steps to restaurants in the T Mobile district. Really liked that there was a shuttle to Old San Juan. That was convenient!

I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Puerto Rico! The hotel was comfortable, well-located, and had all the amenities needed for a relaxing visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The location was a major plus—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.

my flight was delayed and I was accommodated with no issues despite my 12am arrival. very easy check In. You are able to pay cash for you incidental fee which you will received upon check out. Very Prime Location as it is centered in the T-Mobile district. Parking was available but decided to park on the street which was a short walking distance. Received 70$ hotel credit at the Pool bar for food and drinks which was awesome. Zip-lining and Adventures nearby. Free shuttle to the beach and old San Juan.
